Great product.... terrible delivery Bought a new jeep. Awesome SUV. But the oil change wasn't done before I got the car, the detailing was done poorly. Also didn't get my second key. Found out salesman didn't make an appointment and they didn't have a key or an opening to do the new key sync and oil change. Complete waste of a paying customers time. Had to come back a third time to get the second key and the oil change. But I guess selling a clean car is not or should not be expected as I had to detail the car myself cause they didn't do it. Again great SUV and all but terrible customer service. More

Rude people should never work in customer service, if you hate your job then quit. don't come to work and be miserable just to get a paycheck.
