Didn't fix problem I made an appointment to weeks prior to the day I was supposed to get a confirmation call I waited finally Friday before I was supposed to drop my ca I made an appointment to weeks prior to the day I was supposed to get a confirmation call I waited finally Friday before I was supposed to drop my car off on Monday I called got no return call I made two calls Monday morning the day I was supposed to drop it off left two messages no response called back a third time and asked to speak to a human not a voicemail at that point the person told me there was no record of my appointment and things went downhill from there I ended up having to bring my car in two days later which was not convenient for me that's why I made the appointment two weeks prior to get the day that I needed. When I picked up my car and got a mile down the road the squeak in the center consul was not gone ..I called Chad who told me that he would pass it on to the service manager and the service manager would call me back I still have not received a call and that was on Friday September 23 Chad has been fabulous it's the rest of the experience that has been abysmal. Good Service at a Premium Price I brought may car in for a coolant leak. The original diagnosis was that it needed a radiator. The mechanics report was that he had found a leak from I brought may car in for a coolant leak. The original diagnosis was that it needed a radiator. The mechanics report was that he had found a leak from a split heater hose and found "crust" on the radiator.. So, evidently the protocol must be to replace the radiator if a sign of crust appears even if it isn't leaking. I also looked up the average time required to replace a radiator to be 2 hours. I was charged for 4 hours. So my personal summation is that i was overcharged and actually didn't require a radiator. But, it seems as though every thing was done well even if all was not necessary. More
