In for just an oil change I did not have to wait too long. There was no charge since I purchased the vehicle there! The oil change tech found my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan had I did not have to wait too long. There was no charge since I purchased the vehicle there! The oil change tech found my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan had an oil leak. I advised service adviser Scott Maddy that on March 26, 2015 I had previously paid over $200 to have the oil pan gasket replaced. I advised that I had seen some oil on my garage floor even after the pan was replaced but had not come back to complain. Prior oil changes after pan replaced had not mentioned oil leak. I asked Scott Maddy how long I had to come back on this and he advised me two years, however, the service department would have to do this. It would cost me over $100 an hour to have it checked out but if it was the oil pan gasket then they would not charge me. I have to admit Scott Maddy's last advisement that I might have to pay over $100 an hour to check out where the oil was leaking from did cause me concern. Scott Maddy advised me this was not a big leak however the oil tech employee Jonothan Piatt did discover it. I forgot to ask him if Mr Piatt had any idea where the leak was coming from and Scott Maddy did not provide any hunches on where the leak was coming from. More
