I had a hot chocolate while I was waiting in the very comfortable waiting room. Almost to the minute, the Kings DCJ individual called my name and I was out the door. Very fast service, all services were completed and everyone at Kings DCJ were very business like and yet very friendly. More

Good work - bad communications Bad communication: We recently had an appointment for recall work on our vehicle - it was for 10:30 and the car was dropped off on-time. By 5:00 (maybe a little after) we had heard nothing. When I called I was told the service person responsible for our vehicle, and her entire service team, had already left for the day and there was no information available on the vehicle status. There was NO mention at the outset that this could require keeping the vehicle overnight. Fortunately my wife did not need the car for anything, but it could have been very inconvenient. I believe someone even asked if we were going to wait on the car - which we obviously did not. Sadly, this seems to continue a trend I have observed - I seem to get worse customer service from premium service centers (dealerships) than I do from other service centers (such as CarX, Goodyear, etc.). Good work: Since nothing was obviously wrong in the way the car ran, it is hard to judge the quality of the work. However, the vehicle was returned clean (no footprints or handprints) and the shuttle service person was very polite and on time. More

Not to mention my van has had nothing but problems since the day we got it. They are supposed to do a recall on my vehicle but refuse to do it unless I pay hundreds of dollars on repairs FIRST. Are you kidding me???? After talking with a couple of service employees & the service manager...(he could care less that I'm upset) they all agreed the repairs MUST be done FIRST, BEFORE THE RECALL WORK COULD BE DONE! And get this....after I refused to do the repairs they said we "had to have before they could even do the recall work" I demanded they bring me my van so we could leave. They brought me my van 5 minutes later & low & behold the recall work was done! Uhhhhhh so clearly they had already done the recall work & just assumed I would believe their lies & pay for work that didn't need to be done! Wow! Unbelievable! And they were SO irate that I totally called them out for lying. The manager ran away (literally) like a child & the service employee doing my paper work refused to speak to me! Mad doesn't describe how I feel. They lied to mine & my husbands face, then acted pissed at us when we called them on it. It's almost laughable. Needless to say, I have made reports to BBB, Ohio Attorney General, & have opened a complaint case against them with Chrysler Corporate. (Not that they'll do anything about it.) So I'm seriously warning everyone I know & even those I don't know to protect yourself & DO NOT ever but a vehicle from this company...especially @ this dealership. It's truly criminal what these people are doing! More
Sometimes it pays to give a second chance! I previously had a less than perfect experience, but I felt like this dealership deserved a second chance to earn my business. Sherry Tarter did a great job as my salesperson and Brandon oversaw the process and made it very smooth. I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past few months from this dealership. I plan to purchase 4 more within the next 6 months. No one beats their prices! Great prices combined with efficient friendly service will continue to earn my business. More
Best Experience Ever Bryan was wonderful! He listened to what I wanted and what was within my budget. He found me the perfect van within my price range and it had every Bryan was wonderful! I was nervous coming in without my husband but Bryan treated me like I was a normal customer and was very patient when my kids needed my attention for a minute. Ron was great, explaining the warranties and such. I left Kings feeling extremely satisfied. I tell everyone how helpful, pleasant and awesome Bryan and the Kings crew were. Thank you for an awesome experience!! More

Sudden failure of power steering. It happened on the weekend and I tried adding fluid but it ran out. I went in on Monday morning and they said they would work it in. 2011 T & C.
