very challenging process My experience at Kings DCJ was less than stellar. My sales person was fine, however the lack of communication was very difficult. I was doing a corporate lease, the company wasn't old enough so I had to personally co-sign, and then once I was ready to pick the Jeep up I almost wasn't able to due to the dealership/bank needing more info on my business. All paperwork had been completed several days in advance, I had been to the dealership twice already, and on my third visit I was just picking up the car. almost 3 hrs later, and after listening to the finance manager yell at my sales person, as well as at the bank lending officer while I was in his office, I was ready to leave without the vehicle. The tension while I was there was unexpected, and the experience was horrible. Final touch was not having any gas in the tank when I left the dealership, as well as no owners manual in the Jeep. These are minor compared to the lack of professionalism I experienced during the process. My wife had to leave as she was so uncomfortable. Leasing our first corporate vehicle, I thought it would be a fun experience. I need to lease 1-2 more in the next 6 months. I won't be doing so through Kings, and I've not yet made up my mind as to whether or not I'll be returning this one. I'm hoping this was a 'Murphy's Law' scenario, although I don't think it was. More

Very Friendly, fair, and helpful Everyone I spoke with at the Service Center was polite and helpful. Craig was very friendly and explained what would happen. That being said I have two concerns: 1) It was roughly half a day before I received any update to confirm what was wrong. This was a concern in that the distance isn't necessarily convenient so I needed to be able to plan accordingly. 2) There was an issue with my sliding door and it wasn't making the 'noise' every time. The mechanics found a toy in the track and thought that was it so nothing further was done. When I brought the car in, Craig indicated he'd witnessed the issue I was describing so it sounds like this occurs without a toy there too. A day after I got my car home it started having the same issue so now I'll have to bring it back up which isn't the most convenient thing. I guess I just wish that if it was a known issue that something more (if possible) would have been done or researched then to avoid more time spent from both parties in the future. All that being said, I've had a great experience dealing with the employees here and I'm happy to go back. More

Very shortly after we were signing paperwork and driving off with a new vehicle, on a Sunday evening. She was courteous of time, very easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. We would totally return to Kings again and we will recommend Haley to our friends. Thanks! We love our new van! More

Almost a week later, after calling numerous times and getting disconnected and transferred to people who did not have a clue, we finally got the car back. The car had not been cleaned inside and the staff was impatient and not interested in helping us. We hope not to have to go back. More
