The car I chose, a fairly new Certified Chrysler 300 was listed on Edmund's website where I was reviewing many different cars in general. This led me to Kings DCJ where I confirmed the availability and made initial contact with a salesperson and we then set an appointment time to inspect the car and perform a test drive. When we arrived, those in the showroom asked if we needed help and volunteered to find our salesman Mike for us and he was equally respectful and professional in his job. We decided to buy the car and did the paperwork but then had to wait for the financial guy and this is where the 5 star rating dropped to 4 stars. When we finally got into his office, we were ready to get the car and leave, but this guy started pushing extra add-on enhancement purchases and would not take no, in fact a half dozen nos for an answer. I suppose it was his job but I do not like a hard sales pitch like he was pushing. Eventually we came to an agreement about an extended warranty that I was comfortable with and we wrapped things up. Overall, the dealership was OK but it's the car / value that really matters. More

Easy, smooth transaction Brian Cammett was my sales person. Despite being very very busy, he handled my deal in a quick & professional manner. My only disappointment was in the fact that they did not know much about the car I was interested in. To be fair, this is a Chrysler dealership and I bought a used Camaro. I think the clean up/detail crew could have done a slightly better job on the interior of the car. I say this because I used to work in cleanup/detail at a dealer years ago. Overall I give this dealer an A-. Good job and thanks again! More

Upon showing up, I was greeted by Orion Mains, who pulled the truck around asked if I would like to take it out, and handed me the keys. When I got back, Orion asked if I had any questions, my only one being, "When can we start the paperwork?" It was already after 7:30pm, but Orion, and Ron, stayed late to complete my purchase. Neither rushed me through the process, and both took adequate time explaining to me my options and answered every question I had. I really appreciated that they stayed late, even though they did not have to. I have already recommended Kings to some of my friends because of how helpful and polite the staff was during the process. More
