DIRTY!!! My vehicle was not clean when I dropped it off but when I picked it up, it was even more dirty. Satisfactory Service I came in to have my Jeep's regular oil change but I wanted to know if I would be needing shocks soon and if so, the cost to replace those shocks. Th I came in to have my Jeep's regular oil change but I wanted to know if I would be needing shocks soon and if so, the cost to replace those shocks. The Jeep has about 74000 miles. I discussed it with the service personnel at the appt. counter first and he suggested I have the shocks looked at during the oil change. The representative who arranged the oil change immediately added that. When the oil change was finished he told me from the exterior view the shocks looked fine. We discussed what I should look for if shocks might be necessary and after that conversation I agreed we would postpone having the shocks changed since I hadn't seen any real issue. That was a big relief to me and I appreciated the candor of the service rep. More

The fix was also done very quickly and I was back on the road. ANgie was very knowledgeable on Jeeps and the tech really knew what to look for. They did a great job. Ok customer service not great I was never able to reach the service person who checked me and was not notified that my vehicle was done.
