To be really honest I hesitated buying a second one from the dealership as I have seen a decline in the service side of the dealership over the years. Although you still need to fix your oil change process...(it's a disaster and not customer friendly)...I did buy my second one there and I am very happy! Jordan is EXCELLENT at customer service and was a true pleasure to work with and although my brand new jeep already had the gearshift break....they did an AMAZING job getting it taken care of quickly. I called Jordan and he got both the sales and service manager involved and it was fixed in less than an hour and a half...the very next morning!!! All 3 gentleman were so friendly and helpful....give them my thanks! It was so nice taking my Jeep home and not a rental :) More
Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Salesman. I bought my 2016 Dodge Journey in February or March and Mr. Leonard Harris was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Journey. He explained all of the bells and whistles of the vehicle. He was very helpful. I was at Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep about 2 weeks ago to get my oil changed and while the work was being done, I went to see Mr. Harris and told him how very happy I am with my Journey. We were on a staycation last week and took 5 of our grandkids to several different places and we all had plenty of room. I would highly recommend the Journey if you've got grandkids and a sedan just isn't large enough to take anywhere in comfort and you just don't want to drive a minivan. We didn't really want a minivan and the Journey absolutely fit our needs perfectly. More
So far not so good I was a bit disappointed to learn after making my appointment and waiting to bring my car and they were still not prepared to do my repairs completely I was a bit disappointed to learn after making my appointment and waiting to bring my car and they were still not prepared to do my repairs completely. Part of my repair included going to the Body Shop which I was told after 3 days of having my vehicle they would not have time to complete the repairs. And I would have to reschedule. My time is very valuable and I a lot of this time to have my vehicle completely repaired. Also I have a rear view mirror that constantly vibrates when going down the highway and they said they did not see a problem with it. There's obviously a problem with it but I doubt anybody bother to take the vehicle on the highway to see what I was talking about. I also mention that if you turn the radio up the mirror would vibrate then as well More

A little disappointed My wife and I have been loyal customers for about 12 years. We have purchased and serviced two vans in that time period. Recently the engine light c My wife and I have been loyal customers for about 12 years. We have purchased and serviced two vans in that time period. Recently the engine light came on and the senor code was the O2 sensor. She was getting ready to leave for a vacation and she was told that she would be OK until she returned to get it fixed. The next day the engine started to miss fire, van started to shake more and the engine light started to blink. We then brought the van back on the day she was to leave and they recommend a tune up and replacement of the O2 sensor. We spoke to a friend who is over a service department and he said that we would be OK with a tune up and we could do the O2 senor when we she got back. Said that it would not cause the engine light to blink and shake. This was also told to my wife the 1st day she took it in by your service department. They did the tune up. Told us that the van was ready. We paid for the repair. Looked around for a new vehicle to consider when we purchase a new car 1st of next year and then went to drive it off the lot. We were told the engine light would come on because we held on fixing the O2 sensor. Before pulling out of the spot the car shook and the engine light started to blink. I do not believe that this van was test drove. My wife upset that she wasn't able to leave for vacation on Thursday had wait until Friday to be told if the O2 sensor is replaced that would fix things. I'm not a mechanic, but after both my your service department and my friends statement. I don't believe they were telling truth about the reason for the engine light. Also, when I was asked if they had test drove it, I was told it was drove for 10 miles. They promised me a discount since they gave me a coupon. After my wife left Friday for her vacation, I noticed no discount and that the van was taken at 99994 miles and returned at 100000. Two different car visits in two days. Unless you back the mileage, no one test drove it 10 miles. I now may consider another dealership for my next vehicle. More

I was ready for the financial aspects of purchasing a car. I would recommend this dealership to others because of the ease they give during the buying process. More
