Chad Johnson seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction and worked hard to get the most for my trade-ins and the best price for the new car. Additionally, every member of the King's staff was friendly, considerate, and up front regarding the cars price. Unlike Sweeney I was immediately told what my trade ins were worth, and no extra warranties and paint sealers were added to the purchase price without my prior knowledge and approval was already stopped by a neighbor who asked about my Jeep because she is looking for one and highly recommended that she go to Kings for her new car. Alignment issue One tire was determined the root cause of our issue. No low cost options were provided. Only option was buying 4 tires because the person indicated One tire was determined the root cause of our issue. No low cost options were provided. Only option was buying 4 tires because the person indicated it would provide damage to our 4 wheel drive casing. I believe the person should of recommended buying two tires for the front of the car. Angie did a much better job explaining options and even made us aware of a tire sale in the fall. The urgency of full replacement was not even recommended. More
