Unlike my Express Oil Change experiences where I do not receive a checklist of items completed and when I ask if an item was completed receive the answer "It should have been." Then we go out and look...and guess what...it WAS NOT completed. Complimentary oil changes and checks were a major reason in why I purchased from this Dealer. However with this type of service I will definitely think long and hard on my next purchase. Also I was never contacted about the poor service I reported I received at the Express Change. transmission problems I've brought my car in twice once with video of a grinding sound when accelerating. they tell me that unless it duplicates the sound while they have i I've brought my car in twice once with video of a grinding sound when accelerating. they tell me that unless it duplicates the sound while they have it they can't do nothing about it. I showed the video to another mechanic. the first question he asked me was "is it under warranty?" he then said "it's one of three things transmission grinding, torque converter or the rear end" now that was just off the video. he drove it for ten minutes and said yea something definitely wrong with it. I will be making another appointment to get this resolved. below i don't remember who handled it so I'm just going to choose them all and rate them high only bc I don't know... More
