The recent experience I encountered during my recent purchase from Kings DCJ was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I have had to date. Jordan, my salesperson, was very friendly, yet professional. I felt from my initial meeting with him that he would advocate for me and he did. I was also impressed with the agency manager who did well in working we me to arrive at a reasonable compromise regarding price. Further, the business manager with who I interacted was very cordial yet professional. When it is time to purchase another vehicle one of my first stops will be at Kings DCJ. More

Recall/Tune Up I brought my 2012 Dodge Durango in to have a recall done, as well as an oil change. After speaking with Craig in the service department, we decided to I brought my 2012 Dodge Durango in to have a recall done, as well as an oil change. After speaking with Craig in the service department, we decided to have a 60,000 mile tune up and 2 software updates done as well. A few hours and $500+ later, I was driving my car home, only to have it stall 3 times and then completely refuse to start. After calling the service department, Greg gave me the number of the towing company and had my car towed to the dealership that night. The problem, fixed three days later, ended up being something that went wrong with the recall that was performed. When we came to pick up my car, Angie helped explain what happened and how it was fixed -- very helpful. While not having my car was a little inconvenient, I understand that things happen and Greg and Craig did their best to get my car fixed as soon as possible. No complaints there. This is why the rating is an overall "3" -- it would be much lower had it not been for the great service provided by these two. The reason I will be hesitant to return to have my vehicle serviced at King's CJD is because of the extremely poor treatment my husband and I received on two different occasions by a young woman who was on the first occasion, filling in as the cashier (not Debbie Gallagher), and on the second occasion, working as a service advisor (not Angie Vencill). Unfortunately I didn't get this young woman's name, however, she is in definite need of extensive customer service training. My husband and I have never been so poorly treated by anyone. Overall, the experience was ok. It would have been so much better had we been treated like human beings by the young woman who was helping as cashier and service advisor. Thank you. More
