Long wait, limited hours, no wireless It's hard finding any time to get my oil changed. I started coming during work hours because they close at 5 and I can't get here before then on week It's hard finding any time to get my oil changed. Also, the wireless wasn't working so I couldn't work on my laptop. When I asked about the wireless I was told they have been trying to fix it for a month but the IT guy couldn't figure it out. More

I'm all about no pressure but this was a little weird. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. My salesman to the vehicle I was interested in I told him I would be back within 2 hours to get my wife and when I came back they told me they had received a deposit on the vehicle and was no longer available. Instead of just trying to sell me something else I had to keep enquiring about other vehicles but just was not able to put a deal together. I then got a call two days later to tell me the deal had fallen through with no details. This also was a little weird! In the end I got the vehicle that I wanted. More
