However, when I was paying for my service I noticed a note in the comments field that my passenger front tire was losing air pressure. After completing my transaction and going out to my car in the lot, my tire was completely flat. I find this quite unacceptable that someone knew it was losing air and did not address it with me and I was stuck in the parking lot having to deal with it. I did find someone who was kind enough to get some air in the tire so I could drive it away and deal with it, but my overall feeling was that Kings Chrysler was not that concerned with me. More

Was so unhappy It took them two days to rotate and balance the tires, fix a few simple issues and a few recall items.
