Chanel told me the new shifter was nicked and scratched and she had ordered a new and would be happy to install it if I wanted. I was impressed that she was up front about the condition of the part and willingness to replace it. More

I had been to this dealership three previous times and no one spoke a word to me at anytime this included walking through the entire dealership showroom floor twice from front to back. I'm all about no pressure but this was a little weird. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. My salesman to the vehicle I was interested in I told him I would be back within 2 hours to get my wife and when I came back they told me they had received a deposit on the vehicle and was no longer available. Instead of just trying to sell me something else I had to keep enquiring about other vehicles but just was not able to put a deal together. I then got a call two days later to tell me the deal had fallen through with no details. This also was a little weird! In the end I got the vehicle that I wanted. More
Long wait, limited hours, no wireless It's hard finding any time to get my oil changed. I started coming during work hours because they close at 5 and I can't get here before then on week It's hard finding any time to get my oil changed. I started coming during work hours because they close at 5 and I can't get here before then on week days. There was an hour and a half wait on a Thursday at 1:00pm. Also, the wireless wasn't working so I couldn't work on my laptop. When I asked about the wireless I was told they have been trying to fix it for a month but the IT guy couldn't figure it out. More

First Service for Wrangler JKU Hard Rock I recently took my vehicle in for it's first service. Everything was fine just not the extra mile I kind of expected based on how the dealership was u I recently took my vehicle in for it's first service. I was given a receipt but no explanation of what work was performed and when I should come back in for the next service. They were friendly about it but just, here's the keys and your car is in back somewhere. Every other new car I've ever owned ( including 3 Jeeps) has been washed with it's service. Maybe I was expecting too much. More
Terrible. Defect We purchased this car brand new and then when the car was less 3 years old, all of a sudden the automatic door harness started popping out and stopped We purchased this car brand new and then when the car was less 3 years old, all of a sudden the automatic door harness started popping out and stopped the door from closing. Then it happened again 1.5 weeks ago (58k miles) on the opposite automatic door. The charge for this is over 400.00 per incident. I truly believe this is a car defect. The car is young and this should not be happening. Especially on both doors. I am so frustrated and believe Chrysler needs to address this. I previously had a Lexus and never had one issue for over 150k miles. Chrysler needs to refund my money on both defects and make this right. More
Oil Change gone awry I received my first oil change on my newly purchased Jeep Wrangler. The service attendant somehow spilled oil all over my engine. The desk attendant I received my first oil change on my newly purchased Jeep Wrangler. The service attendant somehow spilled oil all over my engine. The desk attendant Scott, was awesome and notified me immediately and was encouraging that it would be ok. It wasn't and my car did not run properly. The gears were not shifting right. I brought it back and thanks to service man, Gerry, Jeep put me in a rental car and took a day to correct the situation. I was encouraged that Jeep took the time to clean the oil mistake, which should have been done properly the first time. I would hope that in the future this mistake would be taken with higher precaution when cleaning oil mistakes. The safety of this issue could be a larger for someone else than it was for me. Thank you Kings Jeep for correcting this mistake and for Gerry's knowledge when he test drove my Jeep. More
