Oil Change Upon driving up, with 2 really young kids, and seeing a long line I started to worry especially since I had made an appointment. They got my vehicle in somewhat quickly and had my oil changed within an hour and a half. I'm not sure if I will return because even if you make an appointment it doesn't seem to matter and you are still put in line in the order you go there. The service guys then told me that I don't need an oil change for another 9,000 miles, which seems a little suspect to me. I'm investigating further on that. I'm 50/50 with concerns to the service. Free Lifetime Oil Change Although I LOVE having the free lifetime oil change (which was part of my purchase from Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep), if I try to drop my car off after Although I LOVE having the free lifetime oil change (which was part of my purchase from Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep), if I try to drop my car off after 4:30 during the week, a lot of times , they tell me it will take 1 1/2-2 hours. It's hard to take off work just to get your oil changed, so 4:30 is the earliest I can come. I understand that they have other customers and want to go home in the evening, but it would be nice if you could schedule the oil change so I don't have to drive over (which is in the opposite direction of my house) only to find out they can't change my oil that day. More

My one complaint is that both times I've been to this location for oil changes I've had to wipe down basically every surface of the driver's side of the car.
