Great until the transaction was complete Our salesman was very attentive from the day we looked at the vehicle until the evening we picked it up. The evening we finalized the transaction we Our salesman was very attentive from the day we looked at the vehicle until the evening we picked it up. The evening we finalized the transaction we wanted to discuss extended warranties but were told the finance department was too busy. We returned 3 days later to pick up the vehicle and discovered the extended warranty we were interested in required an undercoat and leather seat protection. We then had to return again (3 hours round trip) and spend the entire day in Cincinnati to have this completed. Had we been able to determine the warranty we wanted prior, the protection could have already been completed when we picked up the vehicle. Over the next few days we had some additional questions in regards to accessories, but our questions were never really answered. The staff in the service department were not rude but by no means overly friendly. Based on our initial perception of the dealership (which was great) I expected a little more friendly service after the purchase, but was a little disappointed. More
