The wrecker showed up in less The initial service I received was great. Angela referred me to the number to call to have my car towed in on Wednesday. The wrecker showed up in less than an hour. I was given a rental car to use while my car was at the dealer. I didn't hear anything from the dealer on Thursday. My husband called on Friday and was told it was still sitting in the lot. About an hour after that I started getting phone calls from Chanel. She asked questions about what happened with the car. After a few hours she called back and said the only thing they could find was a low battery in the key fob. No one explained how this killed the engine or how to prevent it from happening again. When I came to pick my car up I was instructed to go to the cashier, who knew nothing about my car. I asked her if I could get a battery put in the key fob and she sent me to the parts department. It would have been nice and if someone had already done that for me. I was sent out to the lot to fond my car myself. No one seemed to care about helping me at all. More

A couple times people have not been exactly polite to me (one was a total j Over the years i have become highly suspicious of your service department. A couple times people have not been exactly polite to me (one was a total jerk)... other times i have gotten answers that make me feel like you are trying to fleece me or up-sell me on things i don't need. some time ago my heater stopped working - one of your service people told me it would be $600 to replace the blower, resistor, and other parts.....when i questioned him why - he replied "that's what the computer says" and "we use genuine mopar parts" (i told him those were the same mopar parts that have caused me to spend $6,000 over the time I've owned the car. I spent $45 at the auto parts store and fixed the heater myself...all it needed was a new wiring pigtail... i could have understood $100 from you or maybe $150...but $600??? red flag yesterday i had my jeep in for 2 recalls.....your people told me i needed to spend $2,000 on other things.....red flag it was a 90,000 mile service...but 2-3 major items your people tried to sell me were not even listed in the manual for 90,000......they said they were "dealer recommend" (red flag) i think i'll get a second opinion. More
