Incompetent I had brought my truck to this service center in December for an oil leak. Was told that there was transmission oil in the cross member, but my trans I had brought my truck to this service center in December for an oil leak. Was told that there was transmission oil in the cross member, but my transmission was not leaking. Had to bring it back in March with a leaking transmission. They talked me into a transmission service, which took all day because the service tech forgot to change the filters after he had replaced the pan and filled it with fluid. They should have caught this leak in December, but did not. I complained to the assistant service manager who refused to take any more money off of the service since he had given me a rental car so that I could make it to my doctor appointment.(which I was about to miss because their tech was so incompetent. I sent an email to the dealer general manager, but have not heard back as of yet. It sucks when dealers do not stand behind their work. More

Mr, Happy I was in for updates, recalls and transmission worked on. Service people were great and had a loner ready for me until my jeep was finished. Good Experience Slight Cust Service Hiccup I had my car in for service - 6th time the window regulator had to be replaced. Because I believe faulty design is the root cause for all the failures I had my car in for service - 6th time the window regulator had to be replaced. Because I believe faulty design is the root cause for all the failures, I requested and signed for the used part to be returned to me. When I picked up my vehicle, I requested the old part and the service advisor couldn't locate it. Caitlin then proceeded to tell me the technician left at 4pm and she wasn't going to call him and interrupt his time with his family. I had no intention of asking her to call the tech and felt like she was getting defensive prematurely & for no reason. As I was leaving I ran into the Service Dept. Manager, Chris Randall, who graciously offered to look for the part and within 2 minutes he had retrieved it for me. In general, all the service advisors are extremely pleasant and friendly but this individual has some rough edges that could use some smoothing out. More

Although the finance manager tried to sell me additional warranty, I had already told Haley I was not interested in that. That is my only complaint, otherwise I was very satisfied with my purchase and choice of the dealership. More

They check the cars for us and the air filter on my Jeep Compass is so hard to get to it's worth the money to have the service department do it! More
