Unknown "shimmy" while operating automobile Quick unscheduled service. While driving my car, I experienced unknown vibrations that caused an uniidentified shimmy. Service on recalled cylinder head I was VERY pleased with the quick turn around time in replacing a "bulletin" item on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I was not quiet at pleased at the w I was VERY pleased with the quick turn around time in replacing a "bulletin" item on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I was not quiet at pleased at the way I found certain parts left on my motor as a whole. The bolts to the thermostat were only loosely hand tightened (so much I could use my fingers to bring them out. Not good on such an important component of my engine). Truthfully, if the hourly rate was not so high, I'd bring my Jeep back for every little issue I've ever had but I cannot afford an hourly rate that is above $80 an hour. And when I can find parts that are more than three times LESS than what Chrysler chooses to charge - it is a bit unrealistic. Anita More
Service - not what it used to be! I bought my first wrangler at Kings Jeep. To be very honest I hadn't planned on buying my next one from you because of how your service department ha I bought my first wrangler at Kings Jeep. To be very honest I hadn't planned on buying my next one from you because of how your service department has changed over the years (and not for the better) however, I did. Just this last October I bought another 2016 Wrangle. When you did away with appointments for oil changes you did a huge disservice to your customers. It is NOT an express service at your dealership and I would probably suggest changing the wording on your signage. My suggestion, go back to appointments! Case in point, last Saturday they were 15 cars deep....it was a 3 HOUR wait!!! I don't have 3 hours in my day to sit around and wait for an oil change. Please consider the consumer and value their time and support of your dealership and put the customer back into your customer service. Thank you More
