Hassle Free, made buying a vehicle too easy! I was amazed when I wanted to drive a vehicle that I was told, "have a good drive, we'll see you when you return." What happened to those test drives I was amazed when I wanted to drive a vehicle that I was told, "have a good drive, we'll see you when you return." What happened to those test drives where the salesman is all over you and pressures you every 30 seconds to make a decision. My salesman was easy and confident, not one time did he ask me if I wanted to come in ans sign some papers or pressure me into making a decision. A few days after my test drive, I called back and asked if I could have the vehicle for a longer period of time. I was told, "Yes, just bring it back before the end of the day." It really was that simple. I came in, picked it up and brought it back at the end of the day...at which point I did purchase the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back in the next day b/c a hose line was leaking. The sales manager (Rick) took it right in, ordered the part, gave me another vehicle to drive while they fixed mine and had me back on the road at NO CHARGE by the end of the day. I have heard of this high of customer service! When I replace our next vehicle I will definitely be back and will definitely buy from Leonard, he was awesome! More

The one area I would like to see addressed is the service waiting area. I feel like the current customer waiting area is very outdated and not very customer friendly. I've experienced other customer waiting areas recently and the customer experience is far superior. Other than that, the staff are great! More
