Chanel managed the whole job while Marvin spotted a nail in one of my tires—— fortunately demonstrated by one of the technicians to be not lengthy enough to cause a tire replacement. More

But when you have to, you want the experience to be as painless as possible and as quick as possible. I took my Ram in for service, had an issue with the window. They greeted me with a smile and got me checked in and took my truck back. By the time I got my laptop open and settled in, they came to tell me they had to order the part and would call when it came in. Great i was on the road again. Once the part came in, they called me scheduled the appointment. i went in for this appointment and was greeted again with a smile and checked in. i was told it would be a couple of hours to perform the installation. I sat down and sure enough less then a couple of hours and I was on the road again. I would recommend the Kings Dodge service to anyone. More
Came back to have tires rotated properly. Since my last review I now know that I was not speaking to the manager when I had my issues. Chris, the service manager, took excellent care of me!! He even took the time to let me know that he had a coaching moment with his team over my bad experience. He didn't have to do that but it added to the A+ return vist. Way to win me over Chris!! More

Tell them that the truck overheated and I had to add one gallon of antifreeze. I was told something else made it overheat. All this after spending over $2,000 to have heat put in my truck. Could I have a new furnace put my house for that money. More
Excellant service and staff I needed to take my truck in for recall service. I was able to setup an appointment online which is a plus. Sales were great, finance was a nightmare. Jordan in sales was extremely polite and went out of his way to help any way he could. Ron Choudhury in finance was a nightmare with the extended warranty and was extremely rude. He told me that I was making the biggest mistake of my life by not purchasing the extended warranty. He was extremly pushy and not a great way to end the car buying experience. I would buy another car from Jordan, but ask for someone different in finance! More
