Excellant service and staff I needed to take my truck in for recall service. I was able to setup an appointment online which is a plus. Upon arrival, Chanel was friendly and very I needed to take my truck in for recall service. I was able to setup an appointment online which is a plus. No one knows Call and talk to one service representative the next service representatie knows nothing about the visit. Tell them that the truck overheated and I ha Call and talk to one service representative the next service representatie knows nothing about the visit. Tell them that the truck overheated and I had to add one gallon of antifreeze. I was told something else made it overheat. All this after spending over $2,000 to have heat put in my truck. Could I have a new furnace put my house for that money. More
