Great sales service, sub-par service department I bought a used Jeep and had an amazing salesman and good purchasing experience. I was able to purchase a warranty and had a good experience with the I bought a used Jeep and had an amazing salesman and good purchasing experience. I was able to purchase a warranty and had a good experience with the finance department. Then when I left I had about 24 hours before the brakes started squeaking... loudly. If they weren't sprayed with WD40 then I happened to just be really unlucky. Within a week the gas cap notification came on, the check engine light was next, and now gas sprays out when I try to pump gas. I called the service department and was passed from person to person, only to find out that they "weren't sure" what I would pay for a diagnostic test if none of the issues were covered under my warranty. Seemed like a simple enough question to me. All of their employees should be trained in the basic cost of things like diagnostic tests. More

The work has always been done completely and in a timely manner. I have noticed with this service and others when I have dealt with this service advisor that he is condescending and talks down to customers he is dealing with. It is not blatant, just subtle. I hear it in his tone, more than his words. I also witnessed this with him dealing with other customers during my last visit... not just me. I don't think it's an intimidation thing with a women in a largely male industry, but rather the way this particular advisor treats customers. I usually try to go to someone else when I arrive, but most of the time the advisory comes out to greet me if they are not already busy with another customer. Just something subtle, but it would drive me to choose another service center if I didn't get free oil changes at this one. More
Perfect car buying experience I had been looking for a new car for myself for quite a while. I stumbled upon Kings Chrysler by just searching my options. They had the exact car I w I had been looking for a new car for myself for quite a while. I stumbled upon Kings Chrysler by just searching my options. They had the exact car I wanted. I contacted the dealer via their webpage and received replies in a very timely fashion. I started working with salesman, Rich Zielke and we came to a very fast deal. We even did the financing before I left the comfort of my own house! I live in the Louisville, KY area. On Monday, my wife and I tried making the trip to Kings but had to turn back due to snow and Kings agreed to hold the car for me. On Tuesday, while the weather was still snowy, we made it. We test drove the 300, let Rich know this was the car we wanted and we were in an out of the dealership in a little over an hour. I worked with a great lady in the financing/signing the sale papers department, Leisa. Both she and Rich were great to work with and very accommodating. This was the perfect car buying experience! We will be back! More

Oil change & tire pressure I arrived during lunch one day and there was too long of a wait for the "Quick Service" so I decided to try first thing on Friday morning. I arrived at 7:06AM and there were several cars in front of me already waiting before they had opened up. The Service tech was very nice and informed me that it might be 1.5 hours wait since they had a few cars in front of mine- I was ok with that since I had already came there before and really needed the service this time. I walked into a clean waiting room with a TV to myself, fresh coffee made and was very please to know it took just over an hour and few minutes. I liked the checked list and agreed to has my wipers replaced at that time as well. More
