Kings Dodge Buying Experience We had test drove the Dodge Journey back in the summer. My younger sister was with us and she test drove a Chrysler 200. The salesman, Bryan Cammett was extremely nice and was able to assist all of us with our questions and test drive. My sister came back later in the week and purchased the 200. We waited because of putting my daughter through college and other reasons. However, when we came back months later Bryan remembered us and we agreed upon price and an extra option and was out very quickly with our new Dodge Journey! More

The manager and F and I person were in completely other buildings. With all offers and back and forth taking over two hours. Once a deal had been struck, I hadnt brought a check with me because I honestly wasn't planning on purchasing a car that day. I offered $500 as earnest money, was willing to sign the papers but wanted to return the next day with the down payment. We were a 40 min ride home from the dealer. Now approaching 3 and half hours there. He said that wasn't an option. We had to return with the money that night. After so many hours invested we agreed made the trip home and back, before leaving he wanted to know what time we would return, I told him best case an hour and a half. An hour and 45 mins later, he called my cell phone to make sure we were coming back. We were stuck in traffic 10 mins from the dealer. We get to the dealership, I sign the papers. Now he went from hurry up mode to no rush, sat us in the waiting area which was terrible for an hour and half. At that time we searched him out to see what the hold up.was, he assured us that the F and I person was just bombarded, there was only 1 person there that we could see. So we suggested that maybe he could take us to the car and go over some of the systems with us, he did, the car which was supposed to be washed and ready to go, looked like xxxx and when this was pointed out he's answer was that they did the same thing when he bought his car. Which seemed to be the answer he gave for everything. Finally an hour and 45 mins from the time we arrived we were seen by the F and I lady. That was going well for all of about 5 mins when I turned down all her add on's she became visibly frustrated, hands shaking, slamming papers and folders. Finally papers in front of me I was carefully checking the numbers and making sure everything was as it should be before I signed. A $40,000.00 purchase mught be old hat to them but it was my first. She questioned the time I was taking as if I was insulting her. Once paper was signed I handed over the $5,000.00 I had brought for a down payment. She took it and before we could finish the transaction anothet woman came into the office and asked for her deals fr the day. She stops what we are doing and gets up and hands her my money and then goes and grabs some folders off a filing cabinet, my Dad was standing in between the two ladies when the other women began to scold the F and I woman for something that had transpired the day before. When she then jokingly asked my Dad to take up for her, he reminded her that this was a business transaction we were in the middle of and as a customer he shouldn't be in that position to begin with. All and all it was just one fail after another. The lack of concern for the customer and the feeling that my purchase just wasn't important to them. I love my new Dodge but I would not buy from King's again. And I would not send anyone to buy from them. More
Basic oil change and tire rotation Brought my jeep in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The oil change indicator was never reset and the tire pressure was never checked. Excellent Customer Service all around We stopped in for an oil change on my wife's 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan (also purchased at Kings Dodge) and ended up buying a 2016 Dodge Ram from Leonar We stopped in for an oil change on my wife's 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan (also purchased at Kings Dodge) and ended up buying a 2016 Dodge Ram from Leonard Harris (also sold us the Grand Caravan). He was extremely helpful in selecting the right truck, with the right loan that would fit our budget. We couldn't be happier. Also, the service department saw that we were there purchasing another vehicle, and even though the Oil Express Lane was closed, they still went and got our van and did the oil change on it while we were buying the new truck. I ALWAYS recommend Kings Dodge and Leonard Harris to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
