Great sales, typical finance/insurance sales After searching for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara trim I was told that I could not get the options that I wanted by a salesman at Jeff Wyler Eastga After searching for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara trim I was told that I could not get the options that I wanted by a salesman at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I traveled to Kings and was told the opposite. The salesman at Kings was knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure and helpful. He searched the area and almost found exactly what I was looking for in Kentucky, but we ended up placing an order for a custom Jeep. The order was built quickly and Rich (sales) kept me informed throughout the build. Delivery was on time with the initial estimates and the delivery process went smoothly until finance. The finance/insurance salesman was difficult and pushy. He attempted a "hard sell" on extended warranty without stating the "standard" warranty terms first and seemed unwilling to move along quickly even though he was aware that I had been waiting for more than an hour and had my wife and kids waiting on me before dinner. After more than 30 minutes of effectively saying "no", I signed the papers for exactly what I expected in terms of financing and grabbed the keys and was on my way. Overall, I would give Rich a 5 star rating as a salesman. I view the finance experience akin to a trip to the dentist... a necessary evil... maybe they should offer Novocaine before that point? More

When I called the next day to check the status I was direct to Greg Hail and got his voicemail. He did return my call to let me know that the vehicle was ready. I had a few questions about what was wrong and how it was corrected. He answered all of my questions but seemed to be in a rush and quick to get off of the phone. This is the second time i have had transmission issues with this vehicle so I am concerned about the quality of the car. More

Every associate was knowledgable and I recently had a very positive experience at Kings Jeep while trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. Every associate was knowledgable and attentive to my needs. They were also able to answer and question or concern. A lot of confusion, not sure if it's fixed, not sure we got We brought it in to get a transmission concern repaired and a service. The concern is that the car shut off and stopped in the middle of the road whil We brought it in to get a transmission concern repaired and a service. The concern is that the car shut off and stopped in the middle of the road while going 45 mph. Upon taking it there we found out that it had multiple campaigns. They were nice enough to provide a courtesy car because it was late in the day. I had to call late the next day to find out the status late the next day. It took me 20 minutes to get through to anyone other than a voice mail. When my wife went to pick it up she was told that they didn't know if they fixed the transmission or not which has her scared to drive the car. Also when she got the bill it was 37.00, my wife questioned whether they put synthetic in it because of the price being low. The clerk looked at the bill and stated that it was just mispriced, took the bill back, added the synthetic oil to it then brought back the bill for 91.00 when the tech had conventional oil billed to the RO. Pro's -provided a courtesy car without asking Con's -lack of communication -not sure if the machine is repaired or even safe -bill was not checked before invoicing -feel we were over billed -do not believe we got the oil we paid for More
