OIL CHANGED--PARTS PURCHASED On as Saturday morning I had an oil change and had to inquire about some touch up paint. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Since I bought my Je On as Saturday morning I had an oil change and had to inquire about some touch up paint. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Since I bought my Jeep from Kings there was no charge so I can't comment on price but will say I appreciate the perk. I did visit the parts department and considering it was 7am on a Saturday, I received prompt and pleasant service. They had my color in stock and the price was not unreasonable. Thank You More

Oil change & Brake Check I took my Jeep in for an early, Saturday morning oil change. I asked for the brakes to be checked out, since I was 99.99% sure they needed to be repl I took my Jeep in for an early, Saturday morning oil change. I asked for the brakes to be checked out, since I was 99.99% sure they needed to be replaced. The service coordinator was quick to communicate that the rear brakes did in fact need to be replaced. The oil change and brake replacement took less than 2 hours, which I felt was a quick turn around on a Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and professional! More

Out fo Town Emergency I was traveling from Indy to Cincy when my check engine light came on and my DEF warning came on to tell me I had 100 Miles to go before reducing to 5 I was traveling from Indy to Cincy when my check engine light came on and my DEF warning came on to tell me I had 100 Miles to go before reducing to 5MPH. Kings was a mile from where I was heading and just under the 100 mile limit I had. I called ahead and told them my dilemma and they were ready for me. The problem was a recall, and even though they have normally had to get the part overnighted they drove to another dealer in town to get it and had me fixed and out the door by 2:00. Very grateful that I didn't have to rent a car or get a hotel. More

Long waits Monday at 2:30 is not the time to go in as they advertise an "express" center and it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. My time may be worth taking Monday at 2:30 is not the time to go in as they advertise an "express" center and it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. My time may be worth taking it to somewhere I have to pay for it rather than wait that long or do it myself, but when I bought the car there they acted like they were giving me a deal by throwing free oil changes in. Service guy was like I'll throw in a tire rotation next time you are in for your wait. We will see if they honor it in 6 months when I'm in next... More
