Oil change and tire rotation. Went for an oil change and was told I needed a tire rotation. They said I should get them rotated every 5000 miles. Not sure about that. Less than normal 1. appointment available two weeks later, while other dealership immediate (I had to drive malfunctioning chrysler 200 for two weeks, with risk) 1. No answering to my 4 times phone calls before visit on the day 2. Paid for flat tire fix but found flat again 2 hours later (Mechanic insisted the tire flat again because of sensor????? does it make sense?) 3. Explained I had warranty for replacement of tire pressure sensor, but replied I had to pay because it was not covered (finally, they found it was covered after unnecessary struggle) People said Chrysler was worst. Now I guess it is because of bad service, not only because of the product. More
