Service and Cleaning Service and oil change was fine. I had asked that my car be washed while it was in for service. Quick but far from thorough Kings did a great job of getting my oil changed within a hour and getting me out the door quickly. The reviews are rated green, yellow and red. My vehicle was rated green for my windshield wipers, which should have been replaced months ago. My tires were also rated in good condition when they need replaced within the next few months. I mentioned the tires to the rep and he remeasured and confirmed that it was not recorded correctly. I was satisfied but I feel that kings jeep missed an opportunity. I would have purchased new tires and windshield wipers that day if they would have confirmed what I already knew. More

I love my jeep except for the dealer experience, so before going into Kings I had fully expected to never buy another Chrysler product after this one. However, Chanel was very attentive and responsive, never once treating me like she was too busy for me (Zimmer), or that I didn't know anything about my car and needed to be lectured (Sweeney), or that she didn't value my business and be upfront and honest (Northgate). The entire process, from scheduling (they fit me in same day as I was scheduled to drive to Chicago that afternoon), to the loaner car, to the simple fact that I was treated like somebody actually cared About customer satisfaction. I will definitely be back; my only regret is that I didn't buy from them in the first place. They'll get the business for my next car. More

replace broken latch on center console I dealt with Mark Dresselhaus big mistake! I waited 2 hours for the technician to remove a latch. Mark then told me they had to order a new latch but I dealt with Mark Dresselhaus big mistake! I waited 2 hours for the technician to remove a latch. Mark then told me they had to order a new latch but they would remove the console lid and install the latch when it came in so i wouldn't have to wait, I thought great idea.The part came in on Friday, after several calls and not receiving any return calls I contacted Mark the following Thursday. He told me to come in the next morning and the lid would be ready. The next morning Mark was off and the latch had not been touched nor had the technician had any idea about it. I waited another hour and a half before the job was completed. More
