Service Department If all you need is an oil change, then I would recommend them. But if you need something serious, like the issue I have with the "Death Wobble" which If all you need is an oil change, then I would recommend them. But if you need something serious, like the issue I have with the "Death Wobble" which they will not acknowledge. Even though this malfunction issue with Jeep has been on national news and numerous complaints filed. The service department seems clueless to the issue and tells me they can't fix the problem. I think the consumer should be aware of this deadly malfunction, and that there has not been a recall regarding this. I guess they are waiting on more people to die from it. More

Oil leak. Last time I was in for a recall they replaced my oil pan (still under warranty). A few months later I notice I was leaking oil. I made an appointmen Last time I was in for a recall they replaced my oil pan (still under warranty). A few months later I notice I was leaking oil. I made an appointment on-line, brought it in and said I would wait. The job was complete (loose oil filter...not from this dealer) including degreasing engine where oil was leaking and I was on my way. No charge (again, 2016 with 12,000 miles and under warranty). Could not have been any easier or more efficient in my opinion. More

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. 0 stars Took truck in for two recalls. Only one got addressed. When I picked it up no one wanted to explain the situation. Attitude was terrible. MORNING SPENT IN WAITING ROOM GREG, IN SERVICE WAS GOOD. WAIT TIME FOR MY RECALL REPAIR WAS RIDICULOUS. I HAVE BEEN DOING WORK ON CARS AND TRUCKS FOR 40 YEARS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO BEEN THERE 4 HOURS FOR MY VEHICLE TO GET NEW CLOCK SPRING. I ARRIVED AT 7:30 TO BE IN FRONT OF LINE. IF MECHANICS DONT ARRIVE UNTIL 8 WHY OPEN DOORS AT 7:30? NO RATING ABOVE FOR YES OR NO BECAUSE I HAVE HAD OTHER BAD SERVICE IN THE PAST NOT RELATED TO THIS VISIT. I HAVE HAD SOME GOOD SERVICE AS WELL. More
