I paid for my car, why can't I have service in my name? I bought my muscle car with my own money, the check was in my name, the title is in my name, the emails from the service dept. comes in my name and to I bought my muscle car with my own money, the check was in my name, the title is in my name, the emails from the service dept. comes in my name and to my email address but why is my car listed under my husband's name for service?? Mechanics almost always leave greasy prints all over the interior. They definitely lie when they fill out the courtesy inspections! Don't ever put full confidence in this establishment that they have truly looked over your vehicle. Look your vehicle over yourself or take it somewhere else. I understand if they leave some of the courtesy check paperwork blank because they didn't check it, but don't lie about checking things. More

We drive 15K a year so we'll have no problem using up the next oil change before the 12 months and the usual price for a synthetic change on the Pacifica w/oil change is $100+ every 10k miles / or 12 months so saving $100+ is always nice. Came in a couple days before Christmas...which is always a crazy busy time and the place was backed up but they managed to get me out in less than an hour. More
