Excellent oil change service !!!! I have lifetime (one owner ) oil changes , every 6,000 miles, and the service dept. has been very professional and courteous in honoring this service. Service took a little longer than what I would like, but Mark told me they would probably have to keep the vehicle overnight. They supplied me with a loner vehicle that was top notch. The repair was excellent. There was no dirt or grime on the interior were all of the work was done. Thanks for a great job. More

I drove out to get my jeep during rush hour (which took an hour). I turne I live 30 minutes from kings dodge. I received a call my jeep was finished. I had to leave my jeep to be fixed since they did not fix it the first time. Not happy since it was still rush hour and it took me an hour to get home. More

Electric problem diagnosis Brought my TJ in to have rear wiper InOp diagnosed. They found the short, and repaired, so all now works. They do need to restate how the diagnosis works, however. My understanding was that the diagnosis was $115, and that cost would be applied to the repair. In reality, the charge for a diagnosis is a minimum of one hour, which costs $115. If it takes them less time to find it, any leftover time would not be charged for when they repair. In my case, I got a call that they had expended the hour, and diagnosed a short (sort of knew that when I brought it in), but needed additional time to find and repair. I authorized one additional hour, so the total was $230, plus shop supplies and tax....$256, so quite a bit more than I anticipated from the original description. More
