Quick response to repair needs. I have dealt with Kings Chrysler for 17 years and have purchased three new vehicles there.and had them serviced there as well. I have always had a pleasant experience with every purchase or service. Recently my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica would not start due to a battery failure. Kings Chrysler promptly arranged for a road service technician to jump start the car. Following that I noticed a variety of problems,mainly electrical in nature, and took the car to Kings. They provided ma a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made. The repairs were completed the day they promised and all the charges were covered under warranty. I was not aware that there was a recall notice for my vehicle and the service department provided the repair for that issue as well. For health reasons I require the use of a mobility scooter, which I keep in the back of the vehicle. The service representative willingly removed the scooter from my van and put it in the loaner van and transferred it again when I returned the loaner. I could not have been more satisfied with the service and assistance I was shown. I, however, am still disappointed that the dealership discontinued free oil changes that were offered with the 3 vehicles I purchased there in the past. I didn't learn this until I had purchased the vehicle. This did not cause me to change my mind about the purchase but I have seen ads other dealers in the area stating that they offer free oil changes .You might want to reconsider your decision on this. More

Terrible customer service I made several phone calls, and left at least 2 voicemail messages asking for a return call. I never received a return call. So disappointing! I would totally go back to the dealership based on the excellent customer service, but their waiting room was top notch. They had an arcade with PAC Man on it that brought me back to my child hood days. This kept me from being bored. They also had a nice tea/coffee maker that had a wide variety of hot drinks available. Almost a month in shop with a damaged rim On my way to work one Monday morning I hit a pothole in the road. My tire immediately went flat, after attempting to use the fix a flat kit that comes with my car I called Dodge and used my warranty to have my car towed to the nearest dealership. That was Kings Dodge. Once there I was greeted by a polite man who told me that they were busy that day and would have it looked at the following day. I didn't have an appointment and understood that there is only so much a company can do. It was three days later that I received a call letting me know that there was damage to the rim, I told them to replace it. I received a call the following day letting me know that they had found the rim and were ordering it. I asked them if it would be done by the following Wednesday and was assured that it would be. Fast forward to Wednesday and I call the polite man that I originally spoke with, he doesn't answer his phone and I leave a message, Thursday he doesn't answer his phone and I leave a message, Thursday evening I speak with another representative and threaten to speak with the manager if I don't hear a response. Finally I get a return call, letting me know that they ordered the wrong rim and can't find a replacement. I now need a loaner car, and to be fair, the dealership lent me one the following day. I check around and I can order the right rim but it will be two weeks before I can get it. I am told that's too long for them to lend me the loaner, so I tell them to get me a rim close to what else is on there. Fast forward a week and a half, they finally have finished my car. I don't understand why they couldn't have waited two more days at this point so that I can have matching rims on my brand new car. Anyway, I go to the dealership and talk to a representative, nobody takes me out and shows me my car. I have to ask to see it before paying and the cashier has no idea where it is. I have to go around the parking lot looking until I find it. When I do, I find a rim that looks nothing like the other 3. I paid and left, hopefully never to return. More

Same Day Tire Service I needed a new tire after being involved in a minor traffic accident on Labor Day weekend. My car was towed to a local tire service center on Saturday I needed a new tire after being involved in a minor traffic accident on Labor Day weekend. My car was towed to a local tire service center on Saturday. I requested the same brand tire for the replacement and was told the earliest they would receive the tire was Tuesday. On Tuesday I learned the tire would arrive Wednesday. And of course on Wednesday I was promised it would arrive on Thursday. I decided not to wait and asked the employee to simply use the spare tire. While in the waiting room I called King CJD and they were able to schedule my service for an hour later. They replaced my tire with the requested brand with no issue. Next time I will go directly to Kings CJD instead of being without a car for four days. More
Job completed successfuly. Had a 9:15am appointment, arrived at approximately 8:50, Brad Jenkins signed me in, both sides of the Service Department pull-in area were full. After signing in, Brad said he'd get someone working on it. This trip was to replace my trunk latch. I was going down into Kentucky this past weekend and wanted to get the latch fixed in case of possible tire trouble, no spare if you have no access to the trunk. At about 9::25am Brad said I was ready to go. Very fast service which I appreciated very much. On recent shop tickets this name has appeared - Jesse Mattson. If he was completing the repair work, he did a great job. A week prior to this visit, I had a 'Recall" completed, his name was on that ticket, too. Also great job. More
