Dear Brandon, I am sorry for your poor experience. You are right that we are busy and a little overwhelmed. We are hiring more people. We will improve. We do take recalls seriously although we have also been overwhelmed by those. I believe they were just trying to be accommodating when they asked "when do you need it?". If you were leaving Monday for vacation, we would have made different arrangements than if you were in no hurry and coming in 2 weeks from now for an oil change.
