No such thing as EXPRESS Oil Change!!!!!! I came in for an EXPRESS oil change. It is not "express" when you are told it is an hour and a half to a two hour wait and have to leave and come bac I came in for an EXPRESS oil change. It is not "express" when you are told it is an hour and a half to a two hour wait and have to leave and come back another day! I don't appreciate being told that I need to come on a particular day at a particular time to take advantage of the express line. It doesn't make getting free oil changes worth very much when I can't come in at MY convenience. If you can't keep up with the number of cars coming in then stop advertising express oil changes.
