That will cost another $80 (you freaking kidding me!?!) Had a Mopar hitch put on since I failed to notice that most "lower end" jeeps don't come with one. I had a 10% off Mopar coupon that I was expecting to use but because it says "over the parts counter", it didn't apply. Even though I bought everything right there in the same dealership, in order to get the 10% off, I would have to physically go buy the hitch myself, then hand it the service department. Otherwise your 10% off Mopar parts is worthless even though the parts department and service department are 10 steps away from each other. The one service advisor that was there (female), had an attitude when questioned on the coupon issue. She answered the question then turned around right away and walked away before I could even ask why. I also hear a raddle now after the installation and almost don't want to bother going back. If you go to this dealership, ask for DETAILS, get "it" wrote down on paper for proof, and don't just assume. :-( More

Poor Experience A headlight on our BRAND NEW Pacifica was defective when we took ownership. We had to return to the dealership (45 minutes away) and was told a new pa A headlight on our BRAND NEW Pacifica was defective when we took ownership. We had to return to the dealership (45 minutes away) and was told a new part would have to be ordered and it would take 3-5 days. 3 weeks later WE followed-up and was told the part had been delivered, but no one from the dealership called us. So, we drove another 45 minutes to the dealership for installation, waited 1.5 hours, and then were told the replacement part was defective as well. 3 weeks waiting and 3 hours wasted driving to and from dealership, 1.5 hours wasted sitting at the dealership and the headlight on my BRAND NEW Pacifica still isn't fixed. Kaitlyn has been good to work with, but the whole experience has made me regret my decision to purchase a Chrysler. More

I love my car car but the lying, manipulation and unprofessionalism at this specific service shop is completely unacceptable. I took my car in this time due to the car not starting....after having $1200 worth of work done just 6 weeks prior...they changed out the battery cables, as they had apparently been "tampered with". I was told the car was finished and made arrangements to pick it up and plans for that evening and 2 hours later told it wasn't finished and it was an electrical issue that they were unsure of and had no idea of cost or how long the car would be unavailable. After two separate conversations about a loaner I was given two separate prices...funny? I refused to pay when apparently there was no set price apparently with so many questions in the air....the loaner could potentially cost $300????? When given the loaner, it had expired tags! A car dealership offering out cars with expired tags?!?!? Third time to the shop in 4 days! I ended up picking up another loaner to find out no one was working on my car and wouldn't until Monday. WhIle picking up that loaner, service professional, Craig Ditmer, said just get her a car and get her out of here. I received a call Monday afternoon that my car was ready and there would be the initial cost charged...no explanation . When reviewing the papaerwork there was nothing stated about the issue??? The service person managing my account wasn't available to chat when I picked up my car...shocker!!!! I hope I never have to step foot in that place again! Hoping to trade in for a Ford or Chevy to stop the madness...to think I trust these people with my car that I transport my family in!!!! More
