Caitlyn, Chanel & your cashier who worked unti 8:00 PM When I called at 5:59 P Chanel got a loaner ready for me and coordinated with the cashier so when I got there at 8:00 PM all was ready. The cashier, I am sorry I do not know her name. I arrived around 7:55 PM. All the papers were ready. She helped me (I have Parkinson's) to move my gear not heavy just a lot. She stayed with until everything was ready for me to leave probably 8:20 PM. Neat lady. Caitlyn Called me the next day, as I was up 50 miles west of Toledo. I reviewed what I had experienced and she reviewed it with your mechanic. He found I needed a new starter. Great work. Caitlyn called told me what was needed and coordinated getting it repaired. When I came in Caitlyn had everything ready and helped me move everything back into my Town & Country. Caitlyn you always do a Great job - Thank you!!!! Caitlyn & Chanel are TOPS. Your cashier is very good. Caitlyn's name is not on the list to pick from so I had write this long winded piece to ensure everyone got an At A Girl. Caitlyn you did another Great Job. Simply amazing. I'm incredibly impressed! We pulled into the dealership at 3:55 on a Saturday. We knew the service department closed in 5 minutes, but really needed to get the car in to make s We pulled into the dealership at 3:55 on a Saturday. We knew the service department closed in 5 minutes, but really needed to get the car in to make sure the lights in our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee were functioning properly. Service Advisor Scott Maddy was nothing short of amazing. He was very welcoming - 5 minutes from closing. He was working with several other clients, and juggled them and us gracefully to make us feel valued. It's a great skill to multi-task as he did, and still do a great job with all of the clients. Scott stayed until 30 minutes after closing to help us. He did it with a smile on his face. He was 1) thorough, 2) polite, and 3) incredibly knowledgeable. I have owned Mercedes, Lexus's, BMW's, Infiniti's, as well as Jeeps and Fords). I'm not sure I have ever received better service than Scott gave us today -- which is why I am writing a review at 5:45pm on a Saturday night! Thanks Scott!!! More

much improved I think they have done some changes to some of their service team, cause although they were very busy I was met with courtesy, friendliness, helpfulne I think they have done some changes to some of their service team, cause although they were very busy I was met with courtesy, friendliness, helpfulness and they were very informative. I didn't have an issue with waiting a little bit in their comfortable waiting area, it makes a difference when the staff is very nice opposed to being greeted with a closed mouth and blank stank faces as with the last group of service people(sorry).
