Pitiful Service I went into Kings Kia looking for a used car. I told them the one's I was looking at, kept being told that "the bank wouldn't approve them" and was t I went into Kings Kia looking for a used car. I told them the one's I was looking at, kept being told that "the bank wouldn't approve them" and was trying to be coaxed into a vehicle that they clearly wanted to get off of their lot. It had ripped seats, looked like a dog chewed the bumper, and had high miles when I specified the miles is what I was focusing on. Funny thing is that once I left this car dealership, I went to another one and was debating between a few and "the bank approved of all" AND the loan was through the same exact loan company I was approved through Kings Kia! So it's quite fishy that the SAME BANK won't approve multiple cars through Kings Kia but will through the other dealership that I actually left with the car I wanted!! Honestly, I feel that management was pushing the sales man to coax me into the situation, but luckily, I'm not an idiot! I felt like because I am young and a woman, they thought I was an easy target! More

Every person I came in contact with starting with my salesman Richard Withrow went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I had some additional questions when my salesman Rich was with finance and Greg Frankel stepped right in (but didn't step on Rich's toes) and answered every question I had. He has a great personality, he's funny, and he just made me feel comfortable with what I was doing. I had a very bad experience at another dealership (not associated with Kings Auto Mall) with my prior automobile and he gave me some tips to help me in the future. I thought that was pretty cool of him. If you are looking for a good, well rounded dealership, Kings Kia is it. I would recommend Greg Frankel to help you with your next buying experience.
