Used BMW Purchase I called ahead and request to see a used BMW. When I arrived, the car was dirty and had not been washed or cleaned (unlike other dealerships with bett I called ahead and request to see a used BMW. When I arrived, the car was dirty and had not been washed or cleaned (unlike other dealerships with better customer service). I request they wash and clean the car and I would come back to see it again in a few hours. I come back in a few hours and the car was washed but still dirty. I had to rub some dirt off to make sure it would actually come off and not something permanent. The rims were still dirty too. When you try to sale something, I believe you should clean it and make it presentable to the customer. I'm not buying a cheap car here. I ended purchasing the car but only because I could not have another car similar to this one. But if I had seen other similar cars I wanted from other dealerships I would have for sure bought it from them instead. I also didn't like how Justin laughed at my offers, smacked my chair/back with his papers as he walked to go talk to the manager about my offers, or he offered a fist bump instead of shaking my hand after I told him I would go home to think about purchasing the car. I could clearly tell he was upset. The only reason I bought the car was because of the car itself, not Justin. I hope he received nothing from my purchase. Also the financial manager tried to give me a loan with 4 point something interest. I have a credit score of 819/900 and in the top tier. I also make at least $6,500 each month in income. Why do you have to try to offer me something that bad? Right then and there I did not trust him at all. I ended getting at loan for 3.1% interest. More

Went in for complimentary oil change on certified vehicle The service was on time, the waiting area was nice (despite Fox News) and they even washed my car. I was offered an air filter and cabin filter ch The service was on time, the waiting area was nice (despite Fox News) and they even washed my car. I was offered an air filter and cabin filter change, which I declined. I have since reviewed the steps involved in replacing these items and they are easily some of the most over-engineered German items to date. I'd recommend to service, to tell people like myself, that it's a real pain to get to these. That you have to remove the engine the intake clamps, MAF and other sensors as well as the engine cover and a variety of screws just to get to the air filter. Also - the cabin air filter is located behind the glove box and too is a byzantine process. $90 for install of these 2 items is actually worth it. More
