Great Service I brought my BMW in for repair work on brakes. I thought I needed brakes and probably rotors. After inspection, the mechanic informed me that my b I brought my BMW in for repair work on brakes. I thought I needed brakes and probably rotors. After inspection, the mechanic informed me that my brakes and rotors were fine. They did point out that I have a valve cover gasket leak, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for repair. They also changed out some tires...summer for winter, and gave me an oil change. Service was great. I'll be back. Thanks, Steve More

Oil Change Reasonable time taken for an oil change. I spoke to the young lady at the counter on three occasions about the oil change and the thumping noise in t Reasonable time taken for an oil change. I thought it was inconsiderate of my time. The third time, I directed my conversation to Scott, one of the service writers. At one point, the man in the office behind the counter yelled out to the new girl while she was putting my information into the computer. More
