Horrible service. Bought certified pre-owned car less than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the situation, he received 0 understanding. We asked them to look at this issue last august when we were in for an oil change. They refused. my husband explained a few other issues we r had the the gentleman on the phone started being very rude and nasty. You would expect the dealer you bought your certified pre owned car from would want to help any way they can. Extremely unsatisfied. More
