I purchased an Atlas working with Roberto and had an amazing experience with him. I originally came to look at two other Atlas’ but he was transparent that one was still in Service and he needed to amazing experience with him. I originally came to look at two other Atlas’ but he was transparent that one was still in Service and he needed to locate the other. In place, he showed me another Atlas that I fell in love with. He raved about the vehicle, knew all the service items, and matched me with my perfect vehicle (AND under budget!). My only negative feedback I could provide is to disclose that the Ceramic and Fabric protection is at an additional cost. While I did go forward with it, transparency is best! More

They knew how far we were traveling and never mentioned any additional charges or pricing changes. When we arrived and started discussing numbers, we were quoted over $10,700. When I asked why the price was so much higher than the advertised price, I was told they had added a "detail package" that supposedly protected the paint and fabric. We never asked for these add-ons and were only interested in purchasing the vehicle at the advertised price. After questioning the pricing, they came back with a new number of around $9,700. While lower, it was still significantly higher than the advertised price of $8,948. Instead of honoring the price that brought us to the dealership or making a reasonable effort to work with us, we were told that we were simply too far apart on pricing. The most frustrating part was that they knew we were driving an hour and a half to see this vehicle. After making that trip, they were unwilling to honor the advertised price or seriously negotiate toward it. Based on my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I would recommend staying clear of Volkswagen at Kings Automall and getting all pricing in writing before making a long drive to any dealership. The dealership publicly states that it values transparency and clear pricing, but that was not my experience during this visit. More
This is my second purchase from Kings VW, and I couldn’t be happier. Roberto has worked hard both times to find exactly what we were looking for, and arranged getting the car from another lot when needed. R be happier. Roberto and Kings VW were easier to work with and talk to, making our buying experience a great one! More
Outstanding experience with Kings. They picked me up at the Cincinnati airport and had my car ready for a test drive. Advance work on the paperwork made that process quick and easy. Very high marks for my salesman, Roberto, the sales manager and the buiness manager. A great dealer. More
I always have a great experience at Kings Volkswagen. People are friendly, knowledgeable and are very helpful. I highly recommend Kings for all service needs. People are friendly, knowledgeable and are very helpful. I highly recommend Kings for all service needs. More
I have bought/leased 3 cars from this dealership. I have come back not only for the cars, but for the service, attention, and simplicity of the transactions the team helps with. As someone who manages a fleet of vehicles and frequently interacts with various service departments, my experience with Kings Volkswagen has been deeply disappointing. The primary issue is a lack of comm interacts with various service departments, my experience with Kings Volkswagen has been deeply disappointing. The primary issue is a lack of communication and a refusal to acknowledge technical faults. I am currently experiencing what appears to be a software-related charging issue with an ID.BUZZ. Rather than investigating the glitch, the service team insists on labeling it a "feature" (they didn't use the word feature but I can't remember the exact word). It is little wonder that J.D. Power recently ranked Volkswagen as the least dependable brand in their 2026 Vehicle Dependability Study, specifically noting that rising software complexity is a major driver of these issues. Furthermore, their follow-up leaves room for improvement. After dropping the vehicle off on a Friday, I had to call them for an update on Tuesday. I was told that they would get back with me Wednesday. I emailed a few times (Wednesday and Thursday) and sales got back with me one of those times. Service did not get back with me. I eventually had to drive to the dealership in person the following Friday just to get an update. While I enjoy the vehicle itself, the service experience at this location is severely lacking in basic customer service. Now onto another issue. The loaner that I was given does not give make me feel good. It is 15500 miles over due for service and the tires don't look great in the front. The tires look like they have been driven with low tire pressure for awhile (outside edge of the tire is nearly completely bald and is well under 1/16 of an inch). I know that electric cars don't need much in the way of maintenance but they didn't even try. This is why I will NEVER buy the loaner car despite the sales people insisting that they are well taken care of. More
