Excellent Communication I couldn't have been happier after my most recent service visit to Kings VW. My check coolant light came on a couple weeks prior and I stopped at anot I couldn't have been happier after my most recent service visit to Kings VW. My check coolant light came on a couple weeks prior and I stopped at another VW (for convenience sake) to get it topped off. No less than a week later the check coolant light came back on again. I knew at this point that there was a leak. I set up a service appointment and explained what was going on. I had no issue with getting a timely appointment and the dealership offered me a loaner vehicle while they assessed what was wrong. I purchased an extended warranty for my car and Wayne made sure to reach out and let me know what was wrong and explained that the solution to the problem would be covered under my warranty. Throughout the whole process I felt that they had made me a priority and wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of. I could not ask for a better experience. More
