VW Passat I bought my used passat from Chris and this was possibly the smoothest car deal I have ever had. My only complaint was that my car was detailed before I got it but it was still dirty inside. I ended up cleaning it myself. This was the only thing I could say wasn't perfect. We good the car we wanted, didn't have to travel to NC to get, and dealt with Kings VW directly. Our experience on finalizing the deal, assistance with financing, clarity of explanations, etc., were all excellent. Bryan Spiess is especially to be commended for his courtesy and assistance. More

This process took a couple of weeks, and Chris followed up appropriately without being annoying, and as a sales rep. myself I found this refreshing. As I don't ever purchase new cars, he and I found a couple of cars that were in my price range and we talked it over. I made to correct decision with the options available and have been pleased thus far with the car. The sales guy was nice, not overly pushy, and a good guy to talk to. Bought a car that had existing problems that I did not know about. Which is fine because it was used, but I was not disclosed about the problems prior to purchasing the vehicle. Once I found out about problems I had the vehicle taken back to them so they could fix it, they could not find the issue, but I took it to a Honda dealer who figured out the issue, and Kings VW paid for the fix. All in all a good experience with some issues, but Kings VW took care of me, and the car in the long run. Thank you More
