Jetta Sport CPO I stopped by on a Sunday to check the used cars they had on the lot. Mike came out to offer help and answer any questions. I wasn't ready to buy a car then I was jut looking. He gave me his card and during the week I called him back to see if I could set up a test drive for the car I saw. Unfortunately they had sold it a day before (should have done it on Sunday) but there was a newer Jetta I saw online. We set up the visit for after work the day before Thanksgiving and he was very helpful. I tested it and bought it that night. We were there after they had close finishing the paperwork. Mike and Erick were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Hopefully the car will last for years to come. More

He answers all of our questions about our service needs. We also adore Chris Davis. Choosing a new car takes so much time and it is such a huge decision. I always feel uncomfortable around salespeople because in my past experience I have dealt with many high pressured ones. Chris made us feel comfortable. He gave us time alone to discuss our budget and he he wasn't pushy. At one point he introduced us to his manager Ian, and once again they allowed us to make up our own mind. They were courteous, friendly and just all around great people. We spoke with several other service people and they were all nice. The great customer service is what keeps us coming back. I've only had positive experiences with VW. Also, I love my Jetta TDI. I really hate giving up my car, but I'm looking so forward to getting to know my new 2017 Tiguan! More

Every time I need service of any type, they far exceed my expectations. I worked in Customer Service for Macy's for almost 30 years as the Director of Customer Feedback so I totally understand the good, the bad and unfortunately the ugly. I generally ask to speak with SCOTT SKEETER JOHNSON who is EXCELLENT and when he is not available I work with WAYNE WELDY who is also excellent. These 2 gentlemen are Customer Service STARS in every aspect because they are so knowledgeable, patient, kind and have a tremendous sense of urgency as well as a true respect for their customers!!!
