Had recall service done 2016 GTI had recall issued by VW, Kings did the service which involved dropping the gas tank. They were fast, it was finished in about an hour and a half. Been a week now, nothing has blown up or made scary sounds, so guess I'm good to go. Service rep Wayne is cool, and will take care of you. He even smiled a couple of times. More than I can say for the guy sitting next to him! While we waited, my wife and I toured the ultra-nice showroom and chatted with a salesman about the sweet convertible bug on the floor. Wife loved it, and the dark pink color, with black roof. Salesman was friendly, gave us his card, and did not try to remove our internal organs. We appreciated that! More

Too many sales associates at other types of dealerships are salespersons first , not brand loyalists . We were interested in the Alltrack and Tiguan . Chris worked with us in a practical common sense manner which utilized current VW incentives that allowed us to make the wisest financial decision for our particular needs . Since we leased the Tiguan this time perhaps we'll get the Alltrack next time ... maybe even keep both of them ! More

Great salesman, managers and financing. I went in to trade in my SUV to get a car with better gas mileage. I had a lot of negative equity to roll over and the salesman, manager and financing I went in to trade in my SUV to get a car with better gas mileage. I had a lot of negative equity to roll over and the salesman, manager and financing department did everything they could to get me to a reasonable payment and I ended up leasing a brand new 2017 Jetta. My negative equity will be completely paid off at the end of the lease. They were great and I will certainly go back the next time we're looking for new vehicles. More
