Went there to see a Golf AllTrack. Went to Kings to see the new Golf Alltrack. Sales Rep. Mike Wilson greeted us and showed us two that were at the dealership. We liked the white, but needed to think it over before making an offer. Came back the next day, and the Golf we wanted was sold. We then worked with Mike and his colleague, Chris Davis, to see if they could find another via dealer trade. They did. It arrived later at the Dealership, but we declined to purchase because the transmitting Dealership had put license plate frames on the front of the car. Mike and Chris accepted our concern and began a search for another car that met our color and model specifications. It took two days to get there from North Olmsted, Ohio, but the team at Kings worked tirelessly and late in the evening to satisfy our request. Met Mike, one of the managers, at the door and he could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Got me over to see Wayne Weldy in service. They took care of the window regulator, no questions asked and gave me a ride home and then picked my up when the car was finished. Great service. Nice people. Highly recommend. More
