Only complaint is no loaner car available so I had to rent a car. However, rate was fair and I only needed the car for the day. Also, I gave the dealership fairly short notice (2 days) for scheduling the service work. Would definitely recommend Kings VW to all VW owners. More

Was quite disappointed a couple days later to find the cap for the AdBlue laying in the trunk with the cover next to it. Subsequently, AdBlue splashed out onto the carpet and items in the trunk.
