Only complaint is no loaner car available so I had to rent a car. However, rate was fair and I only needed the car for the day. Also, I gave the dealership fairly short notice (2 days) for scheduling the service work. Would definitely recommend Kings VW to all VW owners. More

Worst customer service The only person at that service center that has taken my calls and been customer friendly is Wayne. The managers told me I would have a loaner car and The only person at that service center that has taken my calls and been customer friendly is Wayne. The managers told me I would have a loaner car and I got there and they had to scramble a used Honda Civic off the lot for me to take. This was the third visit for the same issue I have been dealing with on a vehicle I purchased there a few months back. I would never recommend anyone at any time to even consider going to look for a vehicle at Kings Volkswagen. That place only cares about their pockets. More

Was quite disappointed a couple days later to find the cap for the AdBlue laying in the trunk with the cover next to it. Subsequently, AdBlue splashed out onto the carpet and items in the trunk. More
