CONS: they had their used car manager test drive my trade in they where revving the xxxx out of it. He didn't really care about us at all (probably playing spider cell and we interrupted him when we came in which is why he didn't have anything to do with me). When I was starting to leave thats when he came out and said is there anything I can do for you and than you for buying. HE NEEDS SOCIAL SKILLS. More

I notified the Service Adviser who apologized, got the work done, and refunded my rotation payment for their error and my inconvenience. The Service Manager called me the next day, apologized, and said he had addressed the issue with his team and did not believe this was something that happened regularly. More
