Chris quickly pointed me to a GTI. While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot, my test drive sold me on this car, and they located my perfect car and had it to the lot in a few days. No haggling on price, or my trade.. made this the easiest transaction I have ever had. Andrea stepped me through the paperwork quickly, and I was out the door enjoying my new ride! More

I highly recommend Kings VW of Loveland. I was having an issue with my car battery and after calling the service department was told to bring my car in at my convenience. New batteries had to be ordered so I left my car and they offered a shuttle service to drive me home. The driver was very professional and polite. As soon as my batteries arrived they were installed and I received a call from Scott letting me know that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up it was very clean and the service was done correctly. Scott even parked my car in a shaded area and started it up for me so it would be cool when I got in to drive it away. Thanks Scott. It was a good visit, got the mud guards and body side mouldings installed per the sale agreement previously with Jason Sink. Our experience at Kings VW was exceptional. From the minute I met the salesman, Chris, through the final sale and working with Andrea, we were treated very well. Chris remembered us and our requirements for a new car, and when visiting the 2nd time he calmly said that the car we wanted had just arrived, and there it was! (We had discovered at other showrooms that buying a convertible in February is not easy.) The car had everything we wanted, was the right color and the right price. We were treated with respect and so much more enthusiasm than any of the other dealerships we researched. We arrived not knowing what brand or type of car we wanted and were sold after one meeting. At our financing meeting, Andrea was thorough, friendly, patient and willing to answer all our questions. Before we left, Chris took us to the car and made sure that my phone was connected, and that we understood how to work everything from the radio and phone bluetooth to the convertible top. Two days later I had a question, stopped by and Chris was very kind and helped me work with my ipod connection. More

I bought a Nisan Pathfinder from this dealership roughly a year ago. When I looked at the vehicle I did not have any issues with the salesman or the dealership while pursuing the car. One annoying thing was they pulled the whole "let me ask my boss if i can sell it for that trick". I asked to speak to him, and he came out and we agreed upon a price under one condition, they get the paperwork done in half an hour. After waiting 1.5 hours I was done and gone, the excuse they gave was that it was the end of the month and they had to get their new sales in to VW. Why is that my problem? More

I recently had the extreme displeasure of dealing with Paul, a salesman from this dealership. After driving over 2 hours to inspect this car I met Paul and he took me to the vehicle. Paul was adamant that the previous owner was immaculate and took great care of the car. This was the first of Paul's lies. The car reeked of dog to such an extent that on the test drive we had to drive with the windows down. She was apparently so immaculate that the congealed jelly smeared across the gear shift cover was intentional and an artistic statement. The head lining of this car was covered with filthy hand prints and strange orange splotchy stains. The carpet was covered with dog hair as well. So not only did Paul lie about the previous owners fastidiousness, but also decided that cleaning of the vehicle was complete with a simple armor all wipe down of the dash. Paul also stated that the vehicle was well maintained by the previous owner. It was so well maintained that he could not tell me if the vehicle had been serviced regularly, provide any information on the service history, or even know if the vehicle had been serviced per the manufacturers recalls. Paul's next lie was almost laughable. When I pulled the dipstick to check the oil it was extremely dark and a bit gritty. Paul, unprompted, told me in no uncertain terms that it is synthetic oil and is always very dark. When confronted with the fact that I had used synthetic oil exclusively in all my vehicles and knew that it was not, in fact, black and gritty he became hostile and insulting. More
