I did a great deal of research prior to coming to the dealer on leases and Mike did a great job at explaining all of the different numbers that made up each lease (I had a calculator and scratch pad full of numbers!). After making the deal, we moved to the finance department where Erick Henize explained every part of the lease very clearly so we knew exactly how the payments would be structured. Also, with all of the paperwork and different items to review and discuss, Erick made the finance process as quick and painless as possible (THANK YOU!). More

Brake issue resolved I've been battling a "squeaky" brake issue that had been previously diagnosed from other service centers as brake dust and said my brakes were fine. I've been battling a "squeaky" brake issue that had been previously diagnosed from other service centers as brake dust and said my brakes were fine. I was skeptical given this issue started with ~40M miles. Kings VW service folks diagnosed the issue, which was not brake dust, but tiny imperfections in the front right rotor that was causing the squeaky brakes. They replaced the pads and rotors and now the squeaky brakes are gone thanks to Wayne and team. More
